Polyurethane membrane.

KGM-100 is a single component moisture curing polyurethane membrane, which is coated over surfaces to form a seamless watertight finish. When particular membrane molecules come in contact with moisture, KGM-100 cures to produce a solid but highly flexible material that will provide you with dependable waterproofing protection.

KGM-100 has a wide range of uses and is designed to waterproof most non-exposed external wet areas for above and below ground construction. Typical areas of application include retaining walls, planter boxes, balconies, non-exposed roof decks, elevator pits and equipment pits, detention tanks as well as tunnels and underground vaults.

Polyurethane aliphatic top coat

KGM-125 is a single component, aliphatic polyurethane waterproofing top coat which has been formulated as a complementary and compatible top coat for KGM-100. KGM-125 forms a tough, flexible, seamless, waterproof coating. Aliphatic technology provides greater UV protection, colour fastness and anti-chalking properties to extend the life of exposed polyurethane.

KGM-125 is primarily formulated as a highly UV stable top coat over KGM-100 for specific exposed areas to give greater long term protection. This includes exposed concrete roof decks, brick and blockwork.

Water-Based Polyurethane Membrane

KGM-200 is a water-based polyurethane Class III waterproofing membrane. It cures to form a durable, odourless, impervious seamless membrane that resists re-emulsifying after it has fully dried.

It is designed for both internal and non-exposed external applications. Typical areas of application include bathrooms and wet areas, planter boxes, balconies, tiled or topped decks and water tanks.

UV Stable Acrylic Membrane

KGM-300 is a single component, water-based, UV stable, acrylic emulsion waterproofing Class II membrane. It is an elastomeric, environmentally friendly membane which cures to form a durable, UV resistant, odourless, impervious, seamless membrane that resists re-emulsifying after it has fully dried even if immersed in water.

KGM-300 has been formulated for applications requiring long term waterproofing for both exposed and non-exposed external applications. This includes exposed areas of concrete, timber decks & roofs; as well as immersed and underground applications like ponds and planter boxes.

General Purpose Water-Based Primer

KGM-400 is a single component, general purpose primer used to enhance the bond of water-based coatings. It is a penetrative primer with good adhesion properties.

KGM-400 can be used to prime porous substrates over which a water-based membrane or coating will be applied. This includes internal wet areas, dry surfaces, concrete and masonry substrates and cement-based sheeting.

General Purpose Solvent-Based Primer

KGM-425 is a single component, solvent-based primer formulated to prime most surfaces prior to using KGM-100. It is a penetrative primer with strong adhesion properties and enhances the performance and functionality of the waterproofing membrane.

KGM-425 can be used to prime porous substrates over which a membrane or coating will be applied. This includes substrates such as concrete, cement and cement render, timber, plaster board and fibre-cement sheeting as well as brick and block work.

Water-Based Epoxy Primer & Sealer

KGM-500 is a high performance, two-part epoxy primer and sealer used in conjunction with solvent or water-based coatings. It can also be used on damp surfaces to speed up construction time.

It is used to prime and seal porous and semi-porous substrates such as newly laid concrete over which a membrane, paint or coating is to be applied. This includes basements, retaining walls, tanks, timber and concrete floors

Solvent-Free Specialty Primer

KGM-525 is a solvent-free primer with excellent adhesion properties for use on metallic, smooth, dense and non-porous surfaces. KGM-525 enables the adhesion of a wide range of paints, coatings, membranes and adhesives over non-absorbent surfaces. It is used to prime over galvanised iron, zincalume, stainless steel, copper, brass and most metals as well as tiles and plastics.
