Krystol Internal Membrane - KIM (K-300,301)

KIM is the world's only permanent, self-sealing, corrosion-free, concrete waterproofer. KIM is a chemical admixture used for the treatment of concrete and concrete products to protect against water intrusion, leakage, cracking, chemical attack, and corrosion of reinforcing steel. KIM is a more reliable and cost-effective alternative to traditional waterproofing membranes because KIM turns the concrete itself into the membrane.

Krystol Mortar Admixture - KMA (K-309)

Krystol Mortar Admixture (KMA) is a specially designed chemical admixture for wterproofing cementitious mortar. KMA contains a unique blend of specialty chemicals that react with the cementitious materials in the mortar to form hydration crystals. These long, hair-like crystals block the capillary pores and micro-cracks within the mortar so that permeability of the mortar is dramatically reduced.

Krystol Broadcast (K-250)

Krystol Broadcast is a crystalline waterproofing treatment for concrete flatwork. Krystol Broadcast is applied dry to the fresh concrete surface and troweled into the concrete during the final finishing. The special Krystol chemicals penetrate deeply into the concrete mass protecting it against the passage of water.

Krystol T1 & T2 (K-210 & K-220)

KRYSTOL T1 & T2 Waterproofing System is a cementitious,
brush-applied, treatment for concrete. KRYSTOL T1 & T2 contain the
proven world-renowned Krystol waterproofing chemicals. Krystol T1 is
applied to the concrete first followed by KRYSTOL T2. When applied in
accordance with manufacturer's specifications, the Krystol system is
warranted for use in place of conventional waterproofing systems. KRYSTOL T1 & T2 react chemically within the concrete mass to form billions of needle-like crystals which block the pores, voids and microcracks in concrete. Presaturation and subsequent re-wetting of the surface will cause deeper diffusion of the organic chemicals and formation of crystals at greater depth.

Krystol Plug (K-620)

KRYSTOL PLUG is a powder that, when mixed to a stiff-dough consistency with water, may be used to immediately arrest the seepage or flow of water through concrete cracks. Within two minutes, Krystol Plug sets to a completely waterproof seal and continues to harden until its strength exceeds that of the concrete onto which it has been applied.

Krystol Baricote (K-315)

Krystol Baricote is a fast-setting waterproof grout that is specially designed to repair leaking cracks, holes and joints in concrete as outlined in Technical Bulletins 101 & 102. Krystol Baricote contains special ingredients that react chemically with concrete to form millions of needle shaped hydration crystals. These crystals grow deep into the capillary pores of the grout and surrounding concrete to block the passage of water.

Hydrostop MS (K-770)

HYDROSTOPTM is a state of the art water-repellent sealer specifically designed for concrete, brick and masonry. HYDROSTOPTM works better and lasts much longer than conventional sealers because it contains a unique blend of silane and siloxane compounds which chemically react with silicates below the surface of the substrate. This reaction forms an insoluble, water-repellent barrier within the surface that cannot wear away, fade, yellow, crack or peel. The finished application is virtually invisible, leaving the surface with its original appearance and breathability.
