Stage Two included the construction of Kmart Auto, a three-level retail space for specialty stores, Coles and Kmart and a roof car park. The final stage will include the demolition of the existing Coles and construction of a new two-level Myer, speciality stores and the mall. The existing Kmart will be modified to accommodate a new Woolworths, 1st Choice and speciality stores. All three malls will also include a new management office.
Krystol Hyperstop DB and Hyperseal BR waterstop systems are to be used extensively on the project, with also 10,000m3 Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) estimated for the below-grade works, level 1 slabs, exposed carpark decks, plaza mall and concrete roof to retail sector.
